Vendor Fee:
$30 per space for one date
$100 per space for all 5 dates
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Approval Required:
All vendors must be approved and must reside within a 30-mile radius of our store.

Weather Policy:
This event is held rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (including lightning), the event may be delayed or canceled for safety.
Location:
Vendor area will be set up on the grassy space on the west side of our store.
Spaces will be assigned at load-in.

Standard Space Size:
Approximately 10' x 10'

Setup Requirements:

Vendors must bring their own tables.

Tables and tents are not provided.

Tents must be securely staked and weighted (40 lb minimum per leg).
Load-In & Parking:
Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to sign up for a load-in time.
Vehicles may unload during their designated time, but must be moved to the back lot immediately after unloading.
Event Rules:

Vendors must remain at their space for the duration of the event.

Breakdown and load-out may begin only after the event ends.

No vehicle access to the vendor area during the event.

No live animal sales permitted.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all trash and unsold items. Please bring trash bags and any cleaning supplies needed.
Fair Hill Saddlery reserves the right to refuse participation in the Fair Hill Saddlery On The Green at its sole discretion.
