Vendor Information

Vendor Fee:
$30 per space (single date)
$100 per space (all 5 dates)
All vendor fees are non-refundable.

Approval Required:
All vendors must be approved and preference will be given to vendors located within a 30-mile radius of our store.

Weather Policy:
This event is held rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (lightning etc.), the event may be delayed or canceled at the discretion of event staff for safety.

Location

The vendor area will be set up on the grassy space on the west side of our store.

Standard Space Size:
Approximately 10' x 10'

Setup Requirements

  • Vendors must bring their own tables.
  • Tables and tents are not provided.
  • Tents must be securely staked and/or weighted (we recommend minimum of 40 lbs per leg).

Load-In & Parking

9:30 A.M. Load In. Vehicles may unload during this time but must be moved to the back designated vendor parking area immediately after unloading. Vendors may not load out until the end of the event, after 3:00 P.M., when vehicles will be allowed back on the green after all shoppers have exited.

Event Rules

  • Vendors must remain at their space for the duration of the event.
  • Breakdown and load-out may begin only after the event ends at 3 PM.
  • No vehicle access to the vendor area during the event.
  • No live animal sales permitted.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all trash and unsold items. Vendors must bring their own trash bags and any necessary cleaning supplies.
  • Vendors and participants assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event. Fair Hill Saddlery is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

Fair Hill Saddlery reserves the right to refuse participation in Fair Hill Saddlery on the Green at its sole discretion to ensure alignment with event standards and audience.
