Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing and fulfilling online orders, processing incoming inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable using computer systems, and maintains a high level of accuracy in their work. Occasional assistance on the sales floor will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Process incoming shipments and verify merchandise against packing slips
- Label, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
- Assist customers on the sales floor as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and order management systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift and move boxes 30 to 40 lbs
Preferred (Not Required):
- Horse or equestrian experience
