Full-Time Hay Associate
Fair Hill Saddlery is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Hay Associate. This is a hands-on, physically active position that plays an important role in helping us provide quality bedding, feed, and hay to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload hay for customers, deliveries, and incoming shipments
- Move, stack, organize, and maintain hay inventory
- Assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Help keep hay storage, loading, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Work cooperatively with other Fair Hill Saddlery team members
- Perform other related duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, hardworking, and comfortable with a physically demanding job. Applicants should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, follow directions, and maintain a positive attitude when working with customers and coworkers. This position requires regular lifting, carrying, bending, and moving of bedding, feed, hay, and other merchandise. Applicants should be comfortable working outside in a barn/warehouse environment and in varying weather conditions when necessary.
