Please Note: due to unprecedented supply chain and transportations logistic disruptions, stock on items can change quickly. If the item in your cart becomes unavailable before your order is sent, a member of our sales team will reach out to confirm a backorder date or alternative model.
Furthermore, FedEx, UPS, and USPS will not claim responsibility for any shipments delayed due to weather, mechanical issues, or acts of God. We cannot provide refunds for delayed shipments because of this.
Once your order has left our premises, we cannot assume responsibility for it. If there are any shipping delays or if your order fails to arrive, please reach out to the carrier for assistance. While we will do our utmost to support you, our ability to track an item is limited to what is provided by carrier tracking sites.
We offer standard ground service. USPS & UPS operates Monday through Friday, (excluding holidays). Please do not count weekends and holidays as time in transit. If you have a question about an estimated delivery date, please call us at 443-406-3456.
- We ship to the Continental United States from our retail store located in Elkton, Maryland. We ship via UPS or the United States Postal Service whenever possible. Shipment time varies from 1-8* business days, depending on your proximity our store in Elkton, Maryland.
*Orders weighing over 10 pounds, large, bulky or odd-shaped items may be subject to Oversize/Overweight charges.
