How to Properly Fit Your Fenwick LT Mask
Fitting your horse with the Fenwick Liquid Titanium mask is essential for their comfort and effectiveness. Accurate measurements will ensure the mask fits snugly without interfering with your horse's eyes. Follow the steps below to get the right fit:
Step 1: Gather Your Tools
Before you begin, make sure you have a soft measuring tape on hand. This will allow you to take accurate measurements without causing discomfort to your horse.
Step 2: Measure the Length from Poll to Cheekbones
- Position the Tape: Start by measuring from just behind the poll, where the bridle sits.
- Measure Down the Face: Run the tape down the center of the face to just below the cheekbones.
Step 3: Measure the Distance Between the Eyes
- Locate the Inside Corners: With the measuring tape, measure the distance between the inside corners of your horse’s eyes.
Step 4: Measure the Circumference of the Head
- Midpoint Measurement: Measure the circumference of your horse’s head at the midpoint, near the bottom of the cheekbone.

Fabric Care
Wash in cool or warm water using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. For items like our Liquid Titanium, with excellent moisture wicking properties, avoid using fabric softener. Avoid liquid chlorine bleach. Whenever possible, turn inside out to wash and always close fasteners, zippers and Velcro. It is recommended to hang to dry when possible to keep the freshness in the fabric. Our fabric loves sunshine!
