Freejump Voronoï Riding Helmet

The Freejump Voronoï brings Freejump's newest helmet technology into a lightweight, modern riding helmet designed around protection, comfort, ventilation, and everyday wear.

At Fair Hill Saddlery, we are always interested in helmet technology that offers riders meaningful improvements in protection without sacrificing comfort or style. The Voronoï stands out for its combination of a high-quality thermoplastic outer shell, in-mold construction, energy-absorbing EPS foam, and optional removable temporal protection.

Advanced Multi-Layer Protection

The Voronoï uses several layers that work together to help manage impact forces.

On the outside, a durable thermoplastic polymer shell provides the helmet's first layer of protection. Beneath it, Freejump uses in-mold technology, with a polycarbonate layer molded directly over the EPS liner.

The EPS, or expanded polystyrene, is the energy-absorbing portion of the helmet. Freejump uses a low-density EPS foam designed to help absorb and distribute impact energy. An integrated internal rib adds additional structural strength and crush resistance.

Inside, a comfortable removable liner helps provide a secure, supportive fit.

Optional Temporal Protection

One of the features that really sets the Voronoï apart is its removable temporal protection.

The temporal area, or the area around your temples, is one of the more vulnerable areas of the skull. Freejump designed the Voronoï to provide additional coverage in this area and help absorb and distribute impact forces over a larger surface.

The helmet can be worn with or without the temporal protection, and the pieces can be removed and reinstalled. For riders looking for the maximum protection this helmet was designed to provide, we recommend choosing the version with temporal protection.

Lightweight and Comfortable

For a helmet with this much technology, the Voronoï remains impressively lightweight.

The helmet weighs approximately 500g without the lower temporal protection and approximately 600g with the temporal protection installed, based on a helmet with liner and long visor.

The removable interior liner is made with high-quality Italian fabric designed to provide a comfortable, secure fit while helping with breathability and moisture management. The liner can be washed at 30°C/86°F and should be allowed to air dry.

Designed to Keep Air Moving

Freejump has also put a lot of thought into ventilation.

The helmet features front and rear exterior vents along with 20 ventilation openings in the internal shell to help move air through the helmet. The interior liner and front ABS insert are designed to help direct incoming air for improved airflow and temperature regulation.

The distinctive geometric design is inspired by the Voronoï pattern found in nature. The irregular cells give the helmet its modern look while allowing Freejump to balance ventilation, airflow, and structural strength.

Sizes and Colors

The Freejump Voronoï is available in three shell sizes: S, M, and L, with interchangeable interior liners providing sizes from 52cm through 62cm.

The Voronoï uses a high-quality thermoplastic polymer shell, while the Voronoï Carbon steps up to a carbon fiber outer shell.
